SECTION 3 - ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Carolina Machado reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until Carolina Machado confirms acceptance and we have processed your payment.

Please review your order carefully before submitting, as we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted. In the event that we do not accept, change, or cancel an order, we will notify you by contacting the email address provided at the time of purchase.

Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy.

 

SECTION 4 - MADE TO ORDER

Some of our items are made to order and can take up to 15 days before dispatch. If the item you purchased is made to order, it will be clearly labelled as such on its product page. Once you have purchased a made to order item, you will receive a confirmation email with further details about the production period. You will receive a further email when your item is ready to be dispatched.

Please note that made to order items are not eligible for return or exchange, as stated in our Refund Policy.

 

SECTION 5 - PRE-ORDERS

A pre-order is an order placed for an item which has not yet been released or is in the process of being made. Pre-orders guarantee you will receive your item once it becomes available. The expected delivery date will be communicated at the time of purchase.

If you purchase a pre-order item together with a regular store item, your regular item will be held to combine shipping with your pre-order. If you would like your regular item sooner, please order it separately.

 

SECTION 6 - PRICES AND BILLING

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be confirmed in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs or import charges, which are the responsibility of the customer.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate payment information for all purchases. You represent and warrant that the payment information you provide is true, correct and complete and that you are duly authorised to use the payment method provided.

 

SECTION 7 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.

In accordance with EU consumer law, risk of loss passes to you upon physical delivery of your order. All packages are insured while in transit. If your package is lost, please contact us at info@carolina-machado.com and we will initiate an investigation with our delivery partner.
