About the Collection

"Rise" is an adaptation of the universe of xavier dolan and his film "Laurence anyways": a romance between a woman and a transsexual man. The aesthetics of the film, the visual references, the use of bold colors, the soundtrack, the colorful and bulky wardrobe, the various key moments that are treated like music videos from the 80's are some of the details that served as inspiration for this collection.

The various details include ruffles, shirring and puffy/volume sleeves, with references of classic male tailoring in contrast with a more feminine silhouette, in a constant alternation of masculine and feminine influences.
